MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:46 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present Council Members Stanton, Larson, Mayor Pro Tem Kulchin and Mayor Lewis.
Absent: Council Member Nygaard.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 5:46 p.m., to discuss the following:
1. CLOSED SESSION - ACQUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY.
Acquisition of real property owned by SDG&E located north of Cannon Road, east of
the railroad right-of-way and west of 1-5 (a portion of APN 210-010-32), pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.8.
Council re-convened at 6:05 p.m., with four Members present and Council Member
Nygaard absent, and Mayor Lewis announced that Council had heard from staff and
the Attorney and had instructed the Attorney concerning the matter.
