MINUTES
MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: March 9, 1993
TIME OF MEETING: 530 p.m. PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Pro Tem Stanton called the Meeting to order at 5:40 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Finnila, Kulchin and Mayor Pro Tem Stanton. Mayor Lewis
arrived at 5:56 P.M.
Absent: Council Member Nygaard
'4 CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 5:40 p.m., to discuss the following:
1. CLOSED SESSION - EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND NEGOTIATIONS.
Discussion of employer-employee relations and negotiations pursuant to Government
Code Section 54957.6.
Council re-convened at 6:14 p.m., with four Members Members present and Council Member Nygaard
absent, and Mayor Lewis announced that Council had instructed staff concerning the matter.
