MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:46 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Finnila, Nygaard, Mayor Pro Tem Stanton, and Mayor Lewis.
Absent: Council Member Kulchin.
CLOSED SESSION:
41 1. CLOSED SESSION - PENDING LITIGATION.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 549456.9(a), Council adjourned to a Closed Session at
5:46 p.m., to discuss pending litigation, Zachary v. Trejo, City of Carlsbad, Case No. N55508.
Council re-convened at 6:OO p.m., with four members present and Council Member Kulchin
absent, and Mayor Lewis announced that Council had discussed pending litigation and had
instructed the City Attorney.
