MINUTES
MEETING OF: CrrY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Finnila, Nygaard, Mayor Pro Tem Stanton and Mayor Lewis.
Absent: Council Member Kulchin.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 5:31 p.m., to discuss the following:
41 1. CLOSED SESSION - PENDING LITIGATION.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c) pending litigation Five Cities v. County of San
Diego, (50 percent penalty surcharae).
Council re-convened at 559 p.m., with four Members present and Council Member Kulchin absent.
Mayor Lewis announced that Council had instructed their Attorney.
