CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROIL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin and Mayor Lewis.
Absent: Mayor Pro Tern Stanton.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 530 p.m., to discuss the following:
41 1. CLOSED SESSION RE INITIATION OF LITIGATION REGARDING TRASH.
Furwant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c) initiation of litigation against the County
challenging the imposition of a 50 percent surcharge penalty fee.
Council re-convened at 358 p.m., with four Members present and Mayor Pro Tern Stanton absent, and
Mayor Lewis announced that Council had instructed their Attorney.
