MINUTES
MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MER1NG: November 2,1993
TIME OF MER1NG: 5:30 p-m. PLACE OF MEETING: Ci Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 530 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Finnila, Nygaard, Stanton and Mayor Lewis.
Absent: Council Member Kulchin.
CLOSED SESSION:
41 1. CLOSED SESSION - PENDING LITIGATION.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 330 p.m., to discuss the Allen v. Citv of Carlsbad, et
-* al 9 Case No. N55971 pending litigation.
Council re-convened at 6:08 p.m., with all Members present and Mayor Lewis announced that
Council had heard the reports and instructed staff.
