CUT0 ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:33 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin, Stanton and Mayor Lewis,
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
1. CLOSED SESSION - THREATENED LITIGATION.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 5:33 p.m., to discuss threatened litigation involving The
Villas at El Camino Real Affordable Income Housing Project, pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(b)(l).
Council re-convened at 6:02 p.m., with all Members present, and Mayor Lewis announced that Council
had heard the reports and instructed staff.
