MINUTES
MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: January 18,1994
TIME OF MEETING: 4:30 p.m. PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER:
Council convened at 4:30 p.m., and Council Members were furnished a pasta salad by the promoters of
the San Diego Marathon.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Finnila, Nygaard, Mayor Pro Tem Stanton and Mayor Lewis.
Absent: Council Member Kulchin.
CLOSED SESSION:
66 1. CLOSED SESSION - RE PENDING LITIGATION.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 502 p.m., pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(b)(l), to discuss mobile home rent stabilization.
Council re-convened at 559 p.m., with four Members present and Council Member Kulchin absent
and Mayor Lewis announced that Council had instructed their Attorney.
