MINUTES
MEETING OF: Crpl COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: May 17,1994
TIME OF MER1NG: 500 p.m. PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:ll p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin, Mayor Pro Tem Stanton and Mayor
Lewis.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
'4 1. CLOSED SESSION - LABOR NEGOTIATIONS.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6 to confer
with Whitmore, Johnson & Bolanos and designated staff with respect to the negotiations with the
CPOA, CFA and CCEA employee organizations.
Council re-convened at 6:Ol p.m., with all Members present and Mayor Lewis announced that
Council had heard the information and instructed staff.
