MINUTES
MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: July 19, 1994
TIME OF MEETING: 5:30 p.m. PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:34 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin, Mayor Pro Tem Stanton and Mayor
Lewis.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to a Closed Session to discuss the following:
41 1. CLOSED SESSION - PENDING LITIGATION.
The Wells Fame Bank v. Citv of Carlsbad pending litigation, pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9(a).
41 2. CLOSED SESSION - PENDING LITIGATION.
The South Shores Development Corporation, et al v. Citv of Carlsbad, Case No. N-54423, pending
litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
Council re-convened at 6:OO p.m., with all Members present and Mayor Lewis announced that
Council had heard the information and had instructed the Attorney.
