MINUTES
MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: September 27, 1994
TIME OF MEETING: 5:30 p.m. PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin, Mayor Pro Tem Stanton and Mayor
Lewis.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
4i 1. CLOSED SESSION - PENDING LITIGATION.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 5:30 p.m. to discuss possible litigation against the
County of San Diego and/or the San Diego Solid Waste Management Authority.
Council re-convened at 6:03 p.m., with all Members present and Mayor Lewis announced that
Council had instructed staff and the attorney concerning the matter.
