MINUTES
MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: November 8,1994
TIME OF MEETING: 930 p.m. PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 330 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin, Stanton and Mayor Lewis.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
31 1. CLOSED SESSION RE POTENTIAL ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY OWNED BY THE COUNTY OF
SAN DIEGO.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 530 p.m., to discuss the potential acquisition of real
property located east of El Camino Real and north of Palomar Airport Road (a portion of APN 209-
050-25), pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8.
Council re-convened at 555 p.m., with all Members present and Mayor Lewis announced that
Council had instructed staff and the Attorney.
