MEl3lNG OF: CrrY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: January 24, 1995
TIME OF MEETING: 5:OO p.m. PLACE OF MER-ING: City Council Chambers
CALLTO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 501 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Finnila, Kulchin, Mayor Pro Tem Nygaard and Mayor
Lewis.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
74 1. CLOSED SESSION - LABOR NEGOTIATIONS.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 5:Oi p.m., to discuss employer-employee relations and
negotiations with Whitmore, Johnson & Bolanos, and designated staff, as labor negotiators with
respect to the negotiations with the CPOA, CFA, CCEA and Police Management Association
employee organizations pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6.
Council re-convened at 6:12 p.m., with all Members present. Mayor Lewis announced that Council had
heard the information and instructed staff.
