MINUTES
MEETING OF: CrrY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: February 14,1995
TIME OF MEETING: 5:OO p.m. PLACE OF MEmNG: Ci Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 502 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Finnila, Kulchin, Mayor Pro Tem Nygaard and Mayor
Lewis.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
41 1. CLOSED SESSION - PENDING LITIGATION.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 302 p.m., to discuss the following litigation: 1) Ten
Cities v. County of San Dieqo, Case No. 94-1 525-IEG (POR); 2) Carlsbad v. County of San Dieqo,
Case No. N64415; and 3) Coast Waste Manaqement v. County of San Dieqo, Case No. 94-1 823-
S (BTM) .
Council re-convened at 6:OO p.m., with all Members present. Mayor Lewis announced that Council had
heard the information and instructed staff and the Attorney.
