MEmNG OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 502 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Finnila, Kulchin, Mayor Pro Tem Nygaard and Mayor
Lewis.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
74 1. CLOSED SESSION - LABOR NEGOTIATIONS.
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 502 p.m., to discuss employer-employee relations and
negotiations with Whitmore, Johnson & Bolanos, and designated staff, as labor negotiators with
respect to the negotiations with the CPOA, CCEA, Police Management Association employee
organizations and unrepresented employees pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6.
Council re-convened at 6:02 p.m., with all Members present. Mayor Lewis announced that Council had
heard the information and instructed staff.
