MINUTES
MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: July 11, 1995
TIME OF MEETING: 5:30 p.m. PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: Council Member Kulchin called the Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Finnila and Kulchin. Mayor Lewis arrived at 548 p.m.
Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Nygaard.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 530 p.m., as follows:
41 1. CLOSED SESSION RE PENDING LITIGATION.
Council held a Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), to discuss Ten
Cities v. County, Case No. 94-1525-IEG(POR).

Council held a Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), to discuss citV
v. County, Case No. N66415.
Council re-convened at 6:14 p.m., with four Members present and Mayor Pro Tem Nygaard absent. Mayor
Lewis announced that Council had heard the information and instructed staff.
