MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: September 12, 1995
TIME OF MEETING: 5:OO p.m. PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:OO p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Finnila, Kulchin, Mayor Pro Tern Nygaard and Mayor
Lewis.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 504 p.m.,
to discuss the following:
41 1. City v. County, pending litigation, Case No. N66415.
41 2. Coast Waste Management v. County, pending litigation, Case No. 94-1823-S (BTM); and
41 3. Ten Cities v. County of San Diego, pending litigation, Case No. 94-1525-IEG(POR).
Council re-convened at 5:47 p.m., with all Members present, and Mayor Lewis announced that Council had
heard the information and instructed staff and the Attorney regarding these matters.
