MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 4:34 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Assistant City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Mayor Pro Tem Nygaard and Mayor Lewis.
Absent: Council Member Finnila.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 4:35 p.m. for the following:
41 I. CLOSED SESSION - PENDING LITIGATION.
Council held a Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), to discuss
Coast Waste Manaqement v. County, pending litigation, Case No. 94-1823-S (BTM).
41 2. CLOSED SESSION - PENDING LITIGATION. Council held a Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), to discuss
Ten Cities v. Countv of San Dieno, pending litigation, Case No. 94-1525-IEG(POR).
41 3. CLOSED SESSION - PENDING LITIGATION. Council held a Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), to discuss
Citv v. County, pending litigation, Case No. N66415.
74 4. CLOSED SESSION - LABOR RELATIONS. Council held a Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, to discuss
employer-employee relations with respect to negotiations with the CCEA, CPOA, Police
Management Association employee organizations and unrepresented employees.
Council re-convened at 6:04 p.m., with four Members present and Council Member Finnila absent, and
Mayor Lewis announced that Council had heard the information and instructed staff and the Attorney
regarding these matters.
