MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 530 p.m.
" ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Finnila, Kulchin, Mayor Pro Tern Nygaard and Mayor
Lewis.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to a Closed Session at 530 p.m., to discuss the following:
41 1. CLOSED SESSION - PENDING LITIGATION.
Council held a Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c), to discuss the
'West Coast General J.V. v. Citv of Carlsbad, pending litigation, Case No. N61626.
Council re-convened at 6:02 p.m., with all five Members present, and Mayor Lewis announced that Council
had heard the information and instructed staff and the Attorney regarding these matters.
