MINUTES
MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (WORKSHOP) DATE OF MEETING: MARCH 1, 1996 TIME OF MEETING: 8:OO A.M. TO 4:OO P.M. PLACE OF MEETING: RAINTREE GRILL
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Attorney as follows:
Present: Council Members Finnila, Hall and Kulchin Mayor Pro Tem Nygaard, Mayor Lewis
Also Present were City Manager Ray Patchett, City Attorney Ron Ball, and for various presentations City Clerk Lee Rautenkranz, Community Development Director Marty Orenyak, Assistant City Manager Frank Mannen, Assistant to City Manager Lori Lieberman, Planning Director Michael Holzmiller
PUBLIC COMMENT There were no comments from the public.
