MINUTES
MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: December 3, 1996
TIME OF MEETING: 5:30 p.m. PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Finnila, Kulchin, Mayor Pro Tem Nygaard
and Mayor Lewis.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
41 1. PENDING LITIGATION.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), Council adjourned to a
Closed Session at 5:30 p.m., to discuss pending litigation Case No. N70110,
Keating v. Citv of Carlsbad.
Council re-convened at 6:Ol p.m., and Mayor Lewis announced that Council had heard
the information and instructed staff and the Attorney regarding this matter.
