Council adjourned from their regular meeting to the Southwest Quadrant
Community Forum in the event a majority of Council Members were in attendance.
Departments reported on the various public works projects in the city as well as
the Batiquitos Lagoon Enhancement Project and the future library construction
project. In addition, the Planning Department gave an update on development
activities.
