MINUTES
MEETING OF : CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:03 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Nygaard, Mayor Pro Tem Finnila, and Mayor Lewis
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 593 p.m., to discuss the following:
41 1. CLOSED SESSION - PENDING LITIGATION.
To consider holding a Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), to discuss
pending litigation Ramos v. Citv of Carlsbad, WCAB Case No. SDO 228712.
41 2. CLOSED SESSION - PENDING LITIGATION.
To consider holding a Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), to discuss
pending litigation Citv v. Blum, Case No. 93-430S(M).
Council reconvened at 6:04 p.m. Mayor Lewis announced that Council had heard the information and instructed
staff and the Attorney regarding the items.
