MINUTES
MEETING OF : CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:OO p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Nygaard, Mayor Pro Tem Finnila, and Mayor Lewis
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:OO p.m., to discuss the following:
74 1. CLOSED SESSION - EMPLOYER-EMPLOYEE RELATIONS AND NEGOTIATIONS. To consider holding a Closed Session, pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6, to discuss salaries,
salary schedules, and compensation with designated staff as labor negotiators with respect to the
negotiations with police management employees and unrepresented employees.
Council reconvened at 6:09 p.m. with all Council Members present. Mayor Lewis announced that Council had
heard the information and instructed staff and the Attorney regarding the items.
