MINUTES
MEETING OF : CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: October 28,1997
TIME OF MEETING: 530 p.m. PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:38 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Nygaard, Mayor Pro Tem Finnila, and Mayor Lewis
28 1. SPECIAL WELCOME TO SISTER CITY DELEGATES.
Mayor Pro Tem Finnila presented a Proclamation to Mayor Pazel of Sister City Karlovy Vary,
Czechoslovakia Republic, proclaiming the week of October 26 - November 2, 1997 as “Karlovy Vary
Week”.
A musical presentation was given by the Sister City delegates who are members of the Karlovy Vary
Orchestra.
ADJOURNMENT.
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of the October 28, 1997 was adjourned at 5:58 p.m.
