MINUTES
MEETING OF : CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER Mayor Pro Tem Finnila called the Meeting to order at 5:OO p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Nygaard (arrived at 5:12 p.m.), Mayor Pro Tem Finnila,
and Mayor Lewis (arrived at 5: 13 p.m.).
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:OO p.m., to discuss the following:
41 1. PENDING LITIGATION.
The Citv of Carlsbad v. Andrea Blum, pending litigation, Case No. 93-430s (M), pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956.9(a).
Council reconvened at 5:44 p.m. with all Council Members present. Mayor Lewis announced that Council had
heard the information and instructed staff and the Attorney regarding the item.
