MINUTES
MEETING OF : CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: June 2,1998

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:04 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Nygaard, Mayor Pro Tem Finnila, Mayor Lewis
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:04 p.m., to discuss the following:
1. PENDING LITIGATION.
The San Dieno Gas & Electric v. Citv of Carlsbad, pending litigation, Case No. U 902E, pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
Council reconvened at 5:56 p.m. with all Council Members present. Mayor Lewis announced that Council had
heard the information, and instructed staff and the Attorney regarding the item.
