MEETING OF : CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:03 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Nygaard, Mayor Pro Tem Finnila, Mayor Lewis
Absent: Council Member Kulchin
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:03 p.m., to discuss the following:
1. PENDING LITIGATION.
The Citv v. Kelly, pending litigation, Case No. N73929, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
2. PENDING LITIGATION.
The San Diego Gas & Electric v. Citv, pending litigation, Case No. N69413/D027407, pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
Council reconvened at 5:52 p.m. with four Council Members present. Mayor Lewis announced that Council had
heard the information, and instructed staff and the Attorney regarding the items.
