JOINT SPECIAL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER Mayor/ President Lewis called the Meeting to order at 6:33 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: CounciVBoard Members Hall, Kulchin, Finnila, Lewis
Absent: CounciVBoard Member Nygaard
APPROVAL OF MINUTES: None.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION: On motion by Mayor Pro TemlBoard Member Finnila, the Council and Board affmed the
action of the Consent Calendar, Item #14, as follows:
AYES: Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall
NOES: None
ABSENT: Nygaard
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
The CounciVBoard waived the reading of the text of all ordinances and resolutions at this meeting.
14. AB #14,757 - AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR PARKS MAINTENANCE SERVICES.
Council adopted RESOLUTION NO. 98-227, accepting bids and awarding a contract to Ponderosa
Landscape Inc., for park maintenance services.
The Board adopted RESOLUTION NO. 1021, accepting bids and awarding a contract to Ponderosa
Landscape Inc., for park maintenance services.

By proper motion, the Joint Special Meeting of July 7, 1998, was adjourned at 6:34 p.m.
