MINUTES
MEETING OF : CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: July 7,1998
TIME OF MEETING: 5:30 p.m. PLACE OF MEETING: Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Mayor Pro Tem Finnila, Mayor Lewis
Absent: Council Member Nygaard
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:30 p.m., to discuss the following:
1. ACOUISITION OF REAL PROPERTY.
The acquisition or potential acquisition of real property located north of College and west of El Camino
Real and generally identified as The Steindorf Family Trust, Albert and Sondra Steindorf, Co-Trustees,
approximately 5 acres, APN 212-050-36, 37, 38, 39 and Barbara J. (Hidgon) Nichols, Trustee,
approximately 5 acres, APN 212-050-13, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8.
Council reconvened at 5:50 p.m. with four Council Members present, and Council Member Nygaard absent.
Mayor Lewis announced that Council had heard the information, and instructed staff and the Attorney regarding
the item.
