MINUTES
MEETING OF : CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: September 1,1998

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Assistant City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Council Members Hall, Kulchin, Nygaard, Mayor Pro Tem Finnila, Mayor Lewis
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA 1TEMS:None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:30 p.m., to discuss the following:
1. PENDING LITIGATION.
The Citv v. Kelly, Case No. N73929, pending litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a).
Council reconvened at 5:54 p.m. with all Council Members present. Mayor Lewis announced that Council had
heard the information, and instructed staff and the Attorney regarding the item.
