CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT BOARD
JOINT SPECIAL MEETING

CALL TO ORDER: Mayorpresident Lewis called the Meeting to order at 650 p.m.
ROLL CALL:

APPROVAL OF MINUTES: None
CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION: On motion by Mayor Pro T&ard Member Finnila, the Council and Board affied
the action of the Consent Calendar, Item #7 as follows:
AYES: Lewis, Finnila, Nygaard, Kulchin, Hall - NOES: None
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
The Board waived the reading of the text of the ordinances and resolutions at this meeting.
7. AB #14,857 - REIMBURSEMENT AGREEmS FOR CONSTRUCTION OF POTABLE WATER
k AND RECYCLED WATER TRANSMISSION MAINS AND DEEP SEWER PIPELINE IN D4 POINSETTLA LANE, CMWD PROJECT NO. 89-505, CIP PROJECT 3661,3662.
'C-T s'l' - The Board adopted RESOLUTION NO. 1026, approving a Reimbursement Agreement with Catellus
Residential Group, Inc. for the construction of potable water and recycled water transmission mains in
Poinsettia Lane from Aviara Parkway to Black Rail Road.
Council adopted City Council RESOLUTION NO. 98-315, approving a Reimbursement Agreement
with the Catellus Residential Group, Inc., for the construction of a deep sewer pipeline within Poinsettia
Lane and Brigantine Drive.
ADJOURNMENT:
