CALL TO ORDER. Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 4:04 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk as follows:
Present:Council Members Kulchin, Nygaard, Mayor Pro Tem Finnila, and Mayor Lewis
Absent: Council Member Hall
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 4:04 p.m., to discuss Agenda Item Nos. 2 and 3 regarding the following:
2. PENDING LITIGATION.
The Matter of the Application of San Diego Gas & Electric Company (U 902E) for Authority to Sell Electrical
Generation Facilities and Power Contracts, A-97-12-039, pending litigation, pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(a).
3. INITIATION OF LITIGATION.
Initiation of litigation involving San Diego Gas & Electric Company, pursuant to Government Code Section
54956.9(c).
Council Member Hall arrived at 5:30 p.m., and entered the Closed Session for discussion of Agenda Item No. 1, regarding the
following:
1. INITIATION OF LITIGATION.
The initiation of litigation regarding the Habitat Management Plan (HMP), pursuant to Governent Code Section
54956.9(c).
Council reconvened at 5:54 p.m. with five Council Members present. Mayor Lewis announced that Council had heard the
information, and instructed staff and the Attorney regarding the items.
