CALL TO ORDER: Mayor/President Lewis called the Meeting to order at 6:27 p.m.

ACTION: On motion by Mayor Pro TernNice President Hall, the Council/Board affirmed the
action of the Consent Calendar as follows:

WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
The Council/Board waived the reading of the text of all ordinances and resolutions at this meeting.

6. Al3 #15.010 - APPROVAL OF UTILITY AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF CALIFORNIA
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR RECYCLED WATER AND SEWER PIPELINES
AT CANNON ROAD INTERCHANGE ON I-5. CMWD PROJECT NO. 88-602 AND 92-406,
CITY PROJECT NOS. 35341 AND 35821.
The Council adopted RESOLUTION NO. 99-21, approving Utility Agreement No. 29934, with the
State of California Department of Transportation, for recycled water and sewer pipelines at the
Cannon Road/I-5 Interchange.
The Board adopted RESOLUTION NO. 1039 approving Utility Agreement No. 29934, with the
State of California Department of Transportation, for recycled water and sewer pipelines at the
Cannon Road/I-5 Interchange.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Joint Special Meeting of January 12, 1999, was adjourned at 6:28 p.m.
