MINUTES
MEETING OF : CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Mayor Lewis, Mayor Pro Tern Hall, Council Members Finnila, Nygaard and Kulchin
Absent: None.
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:30 p.m., to discuss the following:
41 1. CLOSED SESSION - PENDING LITIGATION.
Citv vs. Aitchison, Case No. N7825 1, pending litigation, pursuant to Government Code
Section 54956.9 (a).
Council reconvened at 5:52 p.m. with all Council Members present. Mayor Lewis announced that Council had
heard the information and instructed staff and the Attorney regarding the item.
