FOUR TRENCHLESS TECHNOLOGY PROJECTS, CMWD PROJECT 92-406, CONTRACT

ACTION: Council adopted City Council RESOLUTION NO. 99-156, approving an
agreement with Kennedy/Jenks Consultants for preliminary engineering design
services for water and sewer pipelines for the South Agua Hedionda Sewer
Reach SAH3 18-inch Force Main and 24-inch Gravity Sewer Pipeline; Interstate
5 16-inch Water Pipeline Crossing; Forest Avenue 8-inch Gravity Sewer Pipeline and Foxes Landing Sewer Lift Station Force Main; and,
The Board adopted Municipal Water District RESOLUTION NO. 1050, approving an agreement with Kennedy/Jenks Consultants for preliminary
engineering design services for water and sewer pipelines for the South

Mayor Pro Tern/Vice-President Hall opened the duly noticed Public Hearing at 6:27 p.m. Seeing no one
wishing to testify, Mayor Pro Tern/Vice-President Hall closed the Public Hearing.
ACTION: Council adopted City Council RESOLUTION NO. 99-157, setting rates for
sewer services; and,
The Board adopted Municipal Water District RESOLUTION NO. 1051, setting rates for potable water and recycled water services.
