CALL TO ORDER: Mayor/President Lewis called the Joint Special Meeting to order at
6:20 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Councilmembers/Boardmembers Lewis, Hall, Finnila, Kulchin.
Absent: Nygaard.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
On a motion by Mayor Pro TemNice President Hall, minutes of the following meeting
were unanimously approved as presented:
Minutes of the Special Meeting held March 7, 2000.
CONSENT CALENDAR
ACTION: On a motion by Mayor Pro TemNice President Hall, CounciVBoard
affirmed the action of the Consent Calendar Item # 7 as follows:
AYES: Lewis, Hall, Finnila, Kulchin.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Nygaard.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
This is a motion to waive the reading of the text of all ordinances and resolutions at this
meeting.
7. AB #15,673 - APPROVAL OF WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH
OLIVENHAIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT. T \
Council adopted City Council RESOLUTION NO. 2000-102, approving an
agreement with the Olivenhain Municipal Water District to develop Phase II of the
Encina Basin Water Reclamation Program; and
The Board adopted Municipal Water District RESOLUTION NO. 1077, approving
an agreement with the Olivenhain Municipal Water District to develop Phase II of
the Encina Basin Water Reclamation Program.
