APPROVAL OF MINUTES On a motion by Mayor Pro Tern/Vice President Hall Minutes of the following meetings were unanimously approved as presented: Minutes of the Joint Special Meeting held April 18, 2000 CONSENT CALENDAR WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING: This is a motion to waive the reading of the text of all ordinances and resolutions at this meeting. 93 3. AB #15,717 - APPROVAL OF AN AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT 45 PINK REPORT PREPARATION AND PRELIMINARY AND FINAL ENGINEERING DESIGN FOR FARADAY AVENUE ROAD EXTENSION FROM ORION WAY TO MELROSE DRIVE (PROJECT NO. 3622), SOUTH AGUA HEDIONDA INTERCEPTOR SEWER REACHES SAHTIA, SAHTIB, SAHTIC, AND 16-INCH POTABLE AND 8-INCH RECYCLED WATER PIPELINE. Council adopted RESOLUTION NO. 2000-137, approving a Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn & Associates for Environmental Impact Report preparation and preliminary and final engineering design for Faraday Avenue Road Extension from Orion Way to Melrose Drive and south of Agua Hedionda Interceptor Sewer Reaches SAHTIA, SAHTI B, SAHTIC, and SAHTI D, and appropriating funds; and 4 I May 2,200O Carlsbad City Council and Municipal Water District Page 2 41 PINK 4. The Board adopted Municipal Water District RESOLUTION NO. 1083, approving a Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn & Associates for Environmental Impact Report preparation and preliminary and final engineering design for Faraday Avenue 16-inch potable and 8-inch Recycled Water Pipeline, and appropriating funds. AB #15,719 - REPORTING OUT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE SETTLEMENT AS REQUIRED BY THE BROWN ACT IN OLIVENHAIN MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT V. CITY OF CARLSBAD, ET AL. CASE NO. GIN003490 (CEQA) Reporting the fact of a settlement of litigation, approved by the City and District on March 28, 2000 in joint session, in accordance with the Brown Act requirements.
