MEETING OF : CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)

CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Special Meeting to order at 4:30 p.m.
ROLL CALL: The following members were present:

Absent:
Lewis, Kulchin, Finnila, Nygaard and Hall.
None.
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: None.
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:30 p.m. pursuant to the following:
I. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 5497.6 - To discuss employer-employee
relations, salaries, salary schedules, and compensation in form of fringe benefits
with designated staff as labor negotiators (Frank Mannen, Assistant City
Manager; Julie Clark, Acting Human Resources Director; Deborah Porter,
Management Analyst; and Cindie McMahon, Deputy City Attorney) with respect
to the negotiations with the CPOA, CFA, CCEA, Police Management Association
employee organizations and unrepresented employees.
2. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(al- To discuss Citv v. Baker, Case
No. N78249 and Cifv v. Rudvalis, Case No. N78252.
Council reconvened at 555 p.m. with all Council Members present. Mayor Lewis
announced that Council had heard the information and instructed staff and the attorney
regarding the item.
Mayor Lewis adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:55 p.m.
