CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Special Meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:

Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Nygaard and Hall.
None.
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: None
GLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 5:QO p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(c) - Canvons Nefwork, Sierra Club

Council reconvened at 553 p.m. with all members present. Mayor Lewis announced the
following action:
Item No. 1: See the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of June lgth for announced action.
Item No. 2: City Council had heard the information and Instructed staff and the
attorney regarding the item.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Lewis adjourned the Special Meeting at 5:53 p.m.
