CALL TO ORDER: MayodPresident Lewis called the Meeting to order at 8:20 pm

Present: Lewis, Kulchin, Finnila, and Hall.
Absent: Nygaard.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION: On a motion by Mayor Pro TemNice President Kulchin,
CouncillBoard affirmed the action of the Consent Calendar, Item
#20 as follows:
B: Lewis, Kulchin, Finnila, and Hall, NOES: None.
ABSENT: Nygaard.
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
CouncillBoard waived the reading of the text of all Ordinances and Resolutions at this
Meeting.
20. AB #16,882 -ADOPTION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR RANCHO SANTA FE
ROAD REALIGNMENT AND WIDENING.
Council adopted RESOLUTION NO. 2002-270, adopting plans and
specifications and authorizing advertisement for bids for Rancho Santa Fe Road
Realignment and Widening, Phase 1, Project Nos. 3190 and 3887; and,
The Board adopted RESOLUTION NO. 1167 adopting plans and specifications
and authorizing advertisement for bids for Rancho Santa Fe Road Realignment
and Widening, Phase 1, Project Nos. 3190 and 3887.
