MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: December 3,2002

PLACE OF MEETING: City Manager’s Conference Room
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 300 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Lewis, Kulchin, Finnila, Nygaard and Hall.
Absent: None.
Council convened in the City Manager’s Conference Room at 500 p.m. to attend a reception
honoring Council Member Nygaard for her 12 years of dedicated service to the citizens of
Carlsbad and the San Diego region.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of December 3, 2002 was adjourned at 555 p.m.
