MEETING OF: CITY COUNCIL (Special Meeting)
DATE OF MEETING: MARCH 4,2003
TIME OF MEETING: 515 p.m. PLACE OF MEETING: City Council Chambers
CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 5:20 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard.
Absent: None.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council recessed into Closed Session at 5:20 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(a) - To discuss pending litigation West
Coast General w. Citv of Carlsbad, Case No. DO281 77 (N69002).
Council reconvened at 6:OO p.m. with all members present. Mayor Lewis announced that
Council had heard the information and instructed staff and the attorney regarding the item.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of March 4, 2003 was adjourned at 5:52 p.m.
