CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Special Meeting to order at 4:OO p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:
Present:
Absent: None.
Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall and Packard.
PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
CITIZENS OF THE YEAR:
On behalf of the Council, Mayor Lewis announced that Ruth Lewis and John Haedrich
had been selected as the 2002 City of Carlsbad Citizens of the Year. Mayor Lewis
presented Ms. Lewis and Mr. Haedrich with a plaque to honor the occasion.
Mayor Lewis invited everyone to a cake and coffee reception in the City Manager’s
Conference Room.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, Mayor Lewis adjourned the meeting at 4:23 p.m.
