CALL TO ORDER: The meeting began at 6:OO p.m.
Present: Mayor Pro Tem Finnila and Council Member Packard
PUBLIC COMMENT ON AGENDA ITEMS: None.
COMMUNITY PLACE AND SPIRIT FOCUS GROUPS:
Staff showed a video of the key points from the Community, Place and Spirit Meeting of March
2003. Groups formed to discuss the video, the topics of Community, Place and Spirit. A chart
of notes was generated. At the end of the meeting each group reported their findings.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:OO p.m.
