CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 503 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:
Present:
Absent: None.
Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall, Packard.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 500 p.m. pursuant La the followJng:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(a) - To discuss AT&T
Wireless Service v. Citv of Carlsbad, Case No. 01 CV 2045 JM (JFS) and
Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal Case No.DO3-57111.
Council reconvened at 6:OO p.m. with all members present. Mayor Lewis
announced that Council had heard the information and instructed staff and the
attorney regarding the item.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of March 9, 2004 was adjourned at 6:OO
p.m.
