CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 4:33 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:

Absent: None. Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall, Packard.

Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:33 p.m. pursuant to the following:
