CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lewis called the Meeting to order at 4:32 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:
Present:
Absent: None.
Lewis, Finnila, Kulchin, Hall, Packard.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 4:32 p.m. pursuant to the following:
1. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9(a) - To discuss Sprint
Telephonv v. Cifv of Carlsbad, Case No. 04 CV 0467 K (BLM).
Council reconvened at 459 p.m. with all members present. Mayor Lewis announced
that Council heard the information and instructed staff and the attorney concerning the
item.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of May 18, 2004 was adjourned at 459
p.m.
