CALL TO ORDER: Mayor/President Lewis called the Meeting to order at
851 p.m.
ROLL CALL: The following CounciVBoard Members were present:

CONSENT CALENDAR:
ACTION: On a motion by Mayor Pro-TemNice President Finnila,
the CounciVBoard approved the Consent Calendar, Item
No. 8. as follows:

NOES: None.

and Packard
WAIVER OF ORDINANCE TEXT READING:
The Council/Board waived the reading of the text of all Ordinances and
Resolutions at this meeting.
8. AB #17,661 - AUTHORIZATION TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR
INDUSTRIAL PARK PIPELINES - PROJECT NOS. 3887-C, 3667, AND
3930.
Council adopted RESOLUTION NO. 2004-184, approving plans
and specifications, and authorizing the City Clerk to advertise
for bids for the construction of the Industrial Park Pipelines for
the Encina Basin Water Reclamation Program Phase II Project;
and
Municipal Water Board adopted RESOLUTION NO. 1210,
approving plans and specifications, and authorizing the District
Secretary to advertise for bids for the construction of the
June 8,2004 JOINT CITY COUNCIL/MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT MEETING Page 2
Industrial Park Pipelines for the Encina Basin Water
Replacement Program Phase II Project.
