CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Pro Tern Finilla called the Meeting to order at 500 p.m.
ROLL CALL was taken by the Deputy City Clerk, as follows:
Present: Finnila, Kulchin, Hall, Packard.
Absent: Lewis.
CLOSED SESSION:
Council adjourned into Closed Session at 500 p.m. pursuant to the following:
I. GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54956.9la) - To discuss City v.
Parkway Nurserv, Case No. GIN024807-I.
Mayor Lewis arrived at 545 p.m.
Council reconvened at 559 p.m. with all members present. Mayor Pro Tem Finnila
announced that Council heard the information and instructed staff and the attorney
concerning the item.
ADJOURNMENT:
By proper motion, the Special Meeting of June 22, 2004 was adjourned at 559
p.m.
